My payment failed, what should I do?
Failed payments typically occur due to two main reasons: insufficient funds or a declined transaction by your bank. To resolve this, you have two options:
- Update your payment method with a different card.
- If you believe you have sufficient funds, we recommend contacting your bank to authorize the transaction. Once done, kindly inform us at support@relume.io so we can update your subscription accordingly.
